OCTOBER 2020 CHALLENGE:
WHAT IS IT?
Campus Rec is hosting a movement challenge. We want you to get up and move most days of the week. We are hosting this run, walk, or jog challenge through out the month of OCTOBER. We want you to either run, walk, or jog for a total of 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week. It's as simple as that. you move, you track, you let us know and BOOM you WIN!
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
To participate Sign up through the google form with you TU email account,
HOW DO I TRACK THE TIME?
Save the event calendar (image below) either on your personal device or print it. Every time you go for a walk, run or jog during the month of October then cross off another day either on your device or print the calendar and cross off the days. When completed email your marked calendar to email@example.com by either sending your electronic calendar or a photo of your completed printed calendar. Save the event calendar either on your personal device or print it.
WHAT DO I GET?
You get FIT. You feel good. You build and maintain healthy habits. YOU are eligible for a t-shirt.
