What a strange new normal, huh? We get it, and we feel it as well. The Campus Recreation department has assembled a team to try to bring you resources and content in our new virtual reality. We have compiled a list of online resources to help you through these challenging times.  Let us know what we missed or what you'd like to see. The category list is below:

Always remember to listen to your body as to what feels good and what doesn't. Join us as we move virtually with you.
