Summer 2020 Group Fitness Information

Summer 2020 Schedule (July 6th - August 13th)

  • Monday at Noon
    • Strength with Anthony
    • This 30-minute equipment free session will give you a total body workout focusing on building muscular strength and endurance.

  • Tuesday at 5:00pm
    • Yoga with Anthony
    • During this 30-minute session you will engage in a mind-body connection through this moving meditation, designed to pair breath to movement patterns and specific poses.  Find alignment, movement, strength and mindfulness in this intentionally flowing, Vinyasa-based practice.

  • Wednesday at Noon
    • ​​​​​​​Pilates with Kourtney
    • A 30-minute low impact session designed to enhance muscle strength, posture, flexibility and balance.

    • This 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an interval based session that combines cardio bursts with full body strength exercises to keep your heart rate elevated during your entire workout.
