Personal Training is a service offered through Campus Recreation and is available for purchase to all students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni with valid campus recreation access.
This service aims to benefit patrons at all fitness levels, whether you are an avid exerciser trying to accomplish a new fitness goal or are brand new to our facilities and looking to get into a routine for the first time. Our nationally certified Personal Trainers design and lead you through exercise routines tailored to meet your specific goals and needs.
If you aren’t ready for one-on-one sessions just yet, or you and a friend have similar goals, Partner Sessions are the way to go. Partner sessions allow two people to purchase training sessions at a reduced cost: Partners work out together with a personal trainer, who will offer guidance to both patrons. Pairs who plan to take part in the Partner Session program must purchase their training sessions at the same time.
The Personal Training Program also offers comprehensive Fitness Assessments. These assessments give participants the opportunity to determine their baseline fitness levels and evaluate the following components: height, weight, resting heart rate, blood pressure, circumference measurements, body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, and flexibility. Fitness Assessments can be purchased individually, but are also offered complimentary with the purchase of a training package.
