March Madness Fitness Challenge

Yes, it’s that time of the year again! Are you ready for March Madness!? Who will win this year? Could it be Duke, Villanova, North Carolina or maybe even Temple? While you are filling out your 2019 NCAA bracket, we got some news to share with you.
To celebrate the beginning of the NCAA March Madness Tournament, we want you try our new March Madness Fitness Challenge! Our March Madness Fitness Challenge will begin on Tuesday, March 19th and run until Sunday, March 31st. The Fitness Challenge consists of burpees, squats, pushups, lunges, Russian twists, and rope pulls. Each workout targets different muscles and there will be a set number of repetitions for each. Once you have completed all six workouts, you will be entered into our raffle. You are allowed up to three entries in the raffle. At the end of the event, we will draw raffle winners to receive a Campus Rec prize! The March Madness Fitness Challenge will be held at our Aramark Student Training and Recreation (STAR) Complex, Weight Room.
