Information on Adapted Recreation   

Campus Recreation offers extracurricular opportunities for students with physical disabilities because physical activity and social health both play an important role in college life. The goals of the Adapted Recreation program are:

  • To introduce students to lifelong leisure skills
  • To promote total participation in college life 

Group Fitness Information including schedule

The Group Fitness Program offers around 20 virtual sessions per week, all led by certified staff. The schedule features a wide variety of different formats, including Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Zumba, and more.
