Campus Recreation offers extracurricular opportunities for students with physical disabilities because physical activity and social health both play an important role in college life. The goals of the Adapted Recreation program are:
- To introduce students to lifelong leisure skills
- To promote total participation in college life
The Group Fitness Program offers more than 60 sessions per week, all led by certified staff. The schedule features a wide variety of different formats, including Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Zumba, Hip Hop, and more.
Personal Training aims to benefit patrons at all fitness levels, whether you are an avid exerciser trying to accomplish a new fitness goal or are brand new to our facilities and looking to get into a routine for the first time. Our nationally certified Personal Trainers design and lead you through exercise routines tailored to meet your specific goals and needs.
