Friday, November 20th:  Emily Harrington

In this week's episode of Fall for the Wall Fridays we're going to learn about an awesome feat by a special woman!  Isa talks about climber Emily Harrington's recent accomplishment of being the first woman to free climb the Golden Gate route (over 3000 ft!) on El Cap in Yosemite in less than a day.  CLICK HERE to check out this week's episode.  Past episodes are listed below.

    Alpha, Beta rah rah rah! NOPE not quite what we mean.  Is there a right or wrong way to climb a route?     • Friday, October 9th:  Climbers on Social Media

    Its Fri-Yeah and time for another fun and informative episode of Fall for the Wall Fridays.  Climbing can seem hard to get into, but a good way to pick up new information and get excited is by following active climbers on social media! Isa's back to give us a rundown of some climbers that are active on Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. Click HERE for this week's episode and get involved! 

    • Friday, October 2nd: Climbing Lingo

    What better way to end your week than with another episode of Fall for the Wall Fridays!  In all activities people love their lingo.  Well climbers are ahve their own language and we are here to explain what it all means!  In this week's episode, Kate breaks down what it means to send your project and so much more with videos and pictures to demonstrate.  Click Here for this week's episode, careful there may even be a vocabulary quiz at the end (there isn't!).
