Group Fitness

The Group Fitness Program is designed to provide participants with a variety of activity choices ranging from hi/low aerobics and yoga to body toning and indoor cycling. More than 55 sessions are offered per week and are all ran by certified leaders. The Group Fitness Program is available to eligible patrons at no additional cost. All sessions are offered on a first-come, first serve basis. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the session
